It is my pleasure to welcome you all to the website of North Eastern Region of the Staff Selection Commission, Guwahati. This Regional Office controls all the examinations of the Commission for Group ‘C” and non-gazetted Group ‘B’ posts held in the seven North Eastern States comprising of Assam, Meghalaya,  Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and Tripura.

                   Due to remoteness and peculiar geographical locations of the 7 states as above, the aspirants frequently confronts with the problem of non-availability of advertisements, application forms and other various details of examinations held by the Commission.

                   I feel that this website would go miles to solve this hindrance of the aspirants of the seven States residing in remote places  and would help to get every details including the forms also of various examinations conducted by the Commission simply by logging to this website, which would cater all the requirements of candidates of far-flung areas.

                   It would be my constant endeavour to update, make it user-friendly and  furnish all the required information particularly for the benefit of the aspirants of North Eastern Region for whom the Regional Office has been functioning.
